Peanut Butter Ice Cream

This is the most sinful ice cream I’ve made!
3 eggs, a box and a half of heavy cream, half a cup of creamy peanut butter and so much sugar I don’t even want to mention!
We weren’t able to find Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups so I just used Nestle Crunch and a handful of chopped peanuts for texture.

Hubby wanted to eat all of it out of the bowl just after churning! I couldn’t help but lick the spatula too before washing the bowl 😛
Yummy whether melted or frozen solid! So creamy!
This is going to be another staple in the freezer. 🙂

Serving size should just be a French scoop – a small, but very rich serving, topped with bits of crumbled chocolate.
It’s going to be a test of self-control!
