The sun’s finally out! I stepped out of the front door and there it was… a pail of avocados!
Hubby collected them from the backyard. With still a pint of homemade avocado ice cream in the freezer… I’m now wondering what to do with these?!
Maybe make more ice cream to give away… Guacamole? Can’t let them just go bad. That would be such a waste! And the avocado from the tree in the backyard has almost no fiber and really creamy….
I’ll probably have some just plain scooped off the skin, with some fresh milk, sugar and ice. Yummy 🙂
