What to do with leftover egg whites from my recent Wasabi Ice Cream experiment?
Egg White Omelette!

Stepped out to snip a few leaves of Genovese basil… cooked in olive oil and stuffed with tomatoes, garlic and a drizzle of parmesan cheese. Happy Hubby! πŸ™‚

The canadian bacon was for my meat fix. I fail at trying to eat healthy. Tsk tsk.

Hopefully in a few months, if my tomato seedlings make it, I’ll use my own tomatoes for breakfast!
